The Showroom
Sunlit, expansive, and grounded in original hardwoods, The Showroom sets the stage for ceremonies, dining, and large gatherings. Spanning 8,250 square feet of open space, the historic showroom is surrounded by windows overlooking downtown Waco, filling the room with natural light and energy. As the heart of the venue, it offers a timeless, versatile setting designed for your most meaningful moments. As the main event space, it anchors the venue with an open layout and timeless character, ideal for weddings, conferences, and larger-scale events in Waco.
The Mezzanine
An elevated overlook that brings guests into the moment while offering a more intimate perspective. The open-concept mezzanine, set just above the first floor, adds depth and flexibility, ideal for smaller gatherings, VIP cocktail hours, or quiet moments within a larger event. With a built-in bar, modern lounge seating, and natural light throughout, it remains seamlessly connected to the energy below. From the grand staircase and brass rails to the piano, historic elevator, and the “Stairs to Nowhere,” every detail offers a moment worth capturing.
The BrasserieTM
A hidden, mid-century modern lounge designed for cocktails, conversation, and late-night celebrations. Spanning 6,500 square feet beneath the first floor, The Brasserie™ offers ample space for live entertainment, dancing, and a timeless, immersive atmosphere. With a fully equipped commercial kitchen, bar and lounge, restrooms, and abundant seating, every detail is designed for comfort, flow, and effortless hosting.
The Rooftop Terrace
An open-air setting above it all, perfect for portraits, golden hour moments, and a breath of fresh perspective. The Rooftop Terrace offers sweeping 360° views of downtown Waco, sunlit and expansive by day, and softly lit by the city at night.
