BRU Espresso Bar
Welcome to our second BRU espresso bar location, where every cup tells a story of passion and craftsmanship. Nestled in the heart of Downtown Waco, our cozy café space invites you to experience the art of coffee in its purest form, with in-house freshly ground beans that are meticulously sourced. Our baristas, true aficionados of their craft, expertly pull shots that are as bold as they are nuanced, ensuring each espresso delivers a perfect balance of intensity and flavor. Whether you prefer your espresso solo, adorned with a delicate crema, or transformed into a velvety cappuccino or latte, our menu offers a variety of options to suit every palate. Pair your drink with a freshly baked pastry for the perfect indulgence. At our espresso bar, we believe that coffee is more than just a beverage; it’s an experience that can be shared to make memories and enjoy life’s big and small celebrations.
Mezzanine Bar
Our built-in bar located on the Mezzanine offers the perfect setting for your bar and dining services! With a bar top made from reclaimed wood from the original historic building mixed together with some unique modern finishes, this bar will be a statement piece during your event. Includes luxury upholstered bar stools to tie it all together!

We offer a variety of options from modern lounge furniture to tables, chairs, dance floor, linen rentals, and more to ensure you and your guests are comfortable here at STORIES! All of which is uniquely curated into a floor plan that will bring your vision to life.
Serviceware
All dining packages include a base-level of serviceware such as flatware, glass goblets, porcelain plateware, etc. We believe serviceware enhances the dining experience by providing functional and aesthetically pleasing items that contribute to the enjoyment of your meal. The specific items included can vary widely depending on the type of dining package and the level of formality.
In-House Dining
We offer a range of menu options to complement any occasion! Choose from our large selection of gourmet appetizers, entrées, and desserts prepared by our own chef-driven kitchen team! We are happy to offer a wide variety of dining options to personalize your experience and cater our epicurean repertoire to your liking.
The Vestiaire Suite
Our on-site suite is available for an additional fee. This fifth floor loft space is your home base here at STORIES, to get ready for your special day or for a relaxing green room prior to your event. Featuring elegant furnishings, a full sized-kitchen, a cozy bed, and a picture-perfect view of Wacotown on our private balcony, you’ll feel right at home!
